Senior Sales – EMEA

At Melt Group, we are looking for a Commercial Director EMEA for an industrial company within the electronics and soldering sector. 

The Commercial Director EMEA will be responsible for leading the international sales area, managing the sales team and driving business development across the region.

This role will be key to boosting growth, improving commercial activity, and ensuring proper supervision and coordination of the country sales managers. The position reports directly to the Commercial Director.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate, and develop the commercial team across the EMEA region.

• Support and accompany sales managers during client visits, providing guidance and follow-up.

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio across the region.

• Ensure effective reporting, regular follow-up meetings, and fluid communication with management.

• Define and implement commercial strategies aligned with global objectives.

• Participate in key negotiations and represent the company in events, trade fairs, and international meetings.

• Drive continuous improvement of commercial performance and strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience in the electronics / electronic soldering sector or closely related industrial sectors.

• Proven experience managing sales teams.

• Strong understanding of EMEA markets and international commercial dynamics.

• Fluent English (mandatory).

• Strong leadership, strategic vision, communication skills, and results-driven mindset.

• Availability to travel regularly.

• Open location: candidates may be based in any country.
