Sales Development Representative – UK

Melt Group is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join an innovative Spanish company dedicated to developing eco-friendly and certified organic products for health, wellness, and daily care.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate qualified leads in international markets through outbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for the Account Executives.
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential customers using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and messaging.
• Support the sales team in building relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic accounts.
• Research target markets, identify new opportunities, and adapt prospecting strategies accordingly.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs related to meetings booked, pipeline contribution, and activity levels.
• Share feedback from prospects and clients to continuously improve the go-to-market approach.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
• previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or as an SDR (experience in consumer goods, retail, or FMCG is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong prospecting and research abilities with a proactive and resilient attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
• Team player, motivated by results, with the ambition to grow into more senior commercial roles.
