Privacy Policy
MELT GROUP informs users of the website about its policy regarding processing and protection of the personal data of users and clients that may be collected by browsing or contracting services through its website.
In this sense, MELT GROUP guarantees compliance with current regulations regarding personal data protection, reflected in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection and in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approved the Implementation Regulation of the LOPD. The use of this website implies acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
Collection, purpose and processing of data
MELT GROUP has the duty to inform Users of its collection of personal data, which users may give, either by sending an email or by completing the forms included in the website. In this sense, MELT GROUP will be considered as the Personal Data Controller of the data collected through the means described above.
In turn, MELT GROUP informs Users that the purpose of processing the data collected includes: Responding to requests made by Users, inclusion in the contacts list, provision of services, management of the commercial relationship and other purposes.
The operations, management and technical procedures that are carried out in an automated or non-automated way and that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer and other actions on personal data are considered as processing personal data.
All personal data, which are collected through of the MELT GROUP website and therefore considered as personal data processing, will be incorporated into the files declared to the Spanish Data Protection Agency by MELT GROUP.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the website, we collect the data displayed in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist in spam detection.
An anonymous chain created from your email address (also called a hash) can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using spam. The Privacy Policy of the Gravatar service is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been approved, your profile image will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
How long do we keep your data?
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are stored indefinitely. This is so that we can automatically recognize and approve subsequent comments instead of placing them in a moderation queue.
For Users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information that you provide in your user profile. All Users can see, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). The website administrators can also see and edit this information.
Communication of information to third parties
MELT GROUP informs users that personal data are not transferred to other organizations, unless said data transfer is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service implies the need for a contractual relationship with a Personal Data Processor. In the latter case, the transfer of data to the third-party will only be carried out when MELT GROUP has the express consent of the user.
Rights of Users
Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection grants interested parties the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data.
If you have an account or have left comments on this website, you can request to receive an export file of collected personal data that we have about you, including any data you have provided us. You can also request that we delete any personal data that we have about you. This does not include any data that we are required to store for administrative, legal or security purposes.
As long as user data is subject to processing by MELT GROUP, users they may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the provisions of the current legal regulations on Personal Data Protection.
To exercise said rights, a user must send a written communication, providing documentation that certifies their identity (ID or passport), to the following address: MELT GROUP, Av. del Marqués de Sotelo, 1, Puerta 6, 46002 Valencia. Or the direction that is substituted in the General Data Protection Register. Said communication must reflect the following information: name and surname of the user, the application request, the address and supporting data.
These rights must be exercised by the user in person. However, they may be exercised by another person who is authorised as a legal and authorised representative. In this case, documentation proving representation of the interested party must be provided.
