In Melt Group we looking for a Digital IT Digital Coordinator on behalf of a leading oil&gas service provider which is based in Lisbon and has different subsidaries worldwide.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Institute protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects
• Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices
• Managing Google and Microsoft ecosystems
• Provide technical support or training for systems and networks
• Act as link between end users and higher level support
• Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.)
• Monitor system and network performance
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
• Performance maintenance activities (e.g. backups)
• Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules
• Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or relevant experiencia. Master’s Degree a plus.
• Good understanding of English Language, should be able to easily express himself both in Portuguese and English
• Appsheets knowledge
• Airtable knowledge
• Strong knowledge of Google and Microsoft ecosystems
• Notions of programming/scripting language valued
• Basic database knowledge familiar with Primavera databases valued
• Quick learner
• Hands-on approach
