Construction Manager / Bauleiter

From Melt Group we are hiring a Project Manager / Bauleiter on behalf of an important technology group which is in charge of installing the fiber optic in different regions in Germany.
 

Responsabilities:

• Manage, organise and control from a technical and economic perspective, the human resources, materials and machinery necessary for the execution of the work.
• To supervise and control that the requirements for the development of the works in terms of health and safety of the workers are met, coordinating the activity of the subcontracting companies.
• Developing, together with the Project Manager, the technical-economic planning of the work, monitoring it and ensuring its compliance.
• Planning the needs of materials, machinery and human resources for the correct execution of the work in accordance with the technical-economic planning.
• Management of municipal permits and licenses with documentary support from OTC, as well as delivery of areas and recording of minutes of the same.
• Supervise and control the performance of suppliers and subcontractors ensuring that the works executed are technically and economically in accordance with the contracts.
• Compilation of production reports from supervisors and preparation of cost forecasts by operations and supplier.
• Proformas and certifications with subcontractors and suppliers based on forecasts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• 1-3 years experience as Site or Project Manager
• B2 level of german language
• Fluent using Excel
