where we come from
Melt Consulting Origin
Our journey as a Human Resources Consultancy began in 2009, under the name of Melt Consulting. The consultancy was born with the purpose of providing specialized personnel for an important American company. Our client required a large and flexible workforce, with technical and professional knowledge, in the area of Equatorial Guinea.
Project Expansion and Diversification
Thus, Melt Consulting began to provide Human Resources Consulting services for different large-scale national and international projects. Our clients have always been leading companies in their different sectors. With our high experience in selection processes in the African continent and the high demand for projects that we began to receive, we opted for the search for local partners. Our goal was to meet the needs of each client from the source.
Strategic Partnerships
Our clients required a high percentage of local personnel, which made it necessary to collaborate with a Human Resources Consultancy based in the area, capable of selecting and managing each of the profiles. This is how Melt Consulting became a reference in the management of complete projects. A few years later, in 2011, we signed an interesting collaboration agreement with an African recruitment consultancy: HSD Human Resources Solutions Ltd.
Consolidation and Birth of Melt Group
The signing of this agreement allowed Melt to grow exponentially, becoming a clear reference in the Human Resources sector in Sub-Saharan Africa. Thanks to the effort and perseverance of our team, we opened offices in 13 countries. Thus, we managed more than 2000 employees, hosting projects in different territories. It was then that Melt Group was born.

In Melt Group we are in a growth phase, which leads us to make a significant investment in improving our internal and external communication systems. We have opted for the design and creation of a new website, more efficient and visible. We have also implemented a new system that allows us to safeguard and keep up to date the flow of all company information.

The duration of a selection process is determined by the client, depending on their needs and requirements. Therefore, we combine our flexibility with the latest generation of work tools, with the aim of adapting to all kinds of demands, regardless of the urgency required.

Through agreements with different job portals we publish job offers. In this way we attract a large number of candidates, who can be adjusted to the profile that the client requests. In addition, our ERP system allows us to post each job offer on more than 80 different recruitment sources. With Melt Group finding the right profiles is much more likely and, at the same time, easier.
For our HR Consultancy, the recruitment and selection process does not end with the hiring of the desired profile. Those candidates who do not continue in the selection process or have not been finally selected are added back to our database, so that they can enjoy future professional opportunities in which they can be hired.
